请问在SAAQ能不能查到二手车的残值，也就是以SAAQ方式计算的目前这个车的价值，这个价值是根据车的年限还是公里数，或者两个都考虑，请那位知情的朋友告知一下，本人急于知道，谢谢！

他买车的时候，车子的里程较高，但年份较新，SAAQ根据年限定价，收税。

楼上的网站很好，可以给出价格范围，你可以观察一下，基本上DEALER给你的报价都略高于此参考价格的上限。

本人觉得http://www.vmrcanada.com/canada_makes.htm网站的评估不太准确，最少比这里的市场价格高出1000$－2000$（零售），譬如一辆2001年Malibu， 6缸3.1L排量，全配置，vmr评到8100$,我看Kijiji上的报价，再好的车况都也就在5000$-6000$左右。

Calculating the QST
The QST is 7.5 %. It is based on the value of the vehicle, which is generally its selling price. However, the value of a vehicle cannot be less than that fixed under the law or by the Ministère du Revenu du Québec. This value is established according to:

直接打电话给saaq，我上次问他们如果亲戚送的车要不要加税，回答要，并问我什么车，多少年，并告诉我要加多少税，他们只根据年份不根据公里。

千万别去办车辆过户的地方问，上次我也去问过，回答不能告诉我，我估计鬼佬歧视我们。
