能担保妻子移民Quebec吗？

My friend ask: I do not know whether I can sponsor my wife to immigrant to Quebec or not? or in other word, I have moved to Montreal in the first three months after my landing, and I have lived in Montreal for one year. Could you find some consultant services to make sure if I am still qualified to sponsor my wife to immigrate to Quebec and I still a resident of Quebec.

Why not?! It is so easy and you don’t need to see lawyer. It is legal for you to sponsor your wife to come here. I did it before. and only took half year
