My friend is carrying along a computer SERVER (and/or) storage
devices (DELL server and disks) to Canada.

Some issues need to be clarified ASAP:

1) How much is the import tax?
2) Do I need to claim the devices?
3) How the Canadian Customs is dealing with these devices?

我有过一次带电脑配给进加拿大在海关补交关税的经历。尽管我准备了在中国购买的发票，按照发票的价值，我不需要交关税，所以入关时申报了我带有电脑配件（主板和硬盘）。（我觉得加拿大海关对电脑配件还是比较注意的），但是加拿大海关有自己的计价标准，后来还是补交了几十元的关税。
