今天很不安,借车给朋友出事了,有谁能回答我的问题?

今天,朋友向我借车外出办事, 出于好心,我借了,结果她被别人的车撞了.
后来,她打电话来说警察判是别人的责任,但向我要了保险公司的号码.
请问我有责任吗?明年是否会涨我的保险费?

这个问题以前讨论的挺清楚了。
借车给朋友，出事了，车主承担责任（如果有错）。
还有就是车主的保险公司条款里可能不COVER 其他驾驶人员。
所以说什么都不能把自己的车借给别人。万一伤了人的话，那可就彻底破产了。

According to Quebec's regulation,  the demanage costs on cars involved in an accident will be paid by each side of their inssurance companies respectly no matter which side is responssible for the accident. So someone rents a car from a friend or a rental company, he should have his  inssurance coverage himself. That is to say that your friend should not ask for your inssurance number after accident, he or she should deal with the accident with his or her own inssurance, if he or she doesn't have one, it is illegal for him or her to drive your car. Even he or she is not responssible for the accident, your issurance company can refuse to pay for your car reparation for sure.

If you don't mention your issurance company that your friend was driving when accident occured, your issurance comnay supposed that you were driving, but you are liar in the eye of your company. If they find the truth, they don't need to pay you neither. If you success in cheating them, you have your car reparation paid,
you have a record of accident, and your fee will be higher next year.
