意大利的大肉肠 + Rapini (English version)
I was at an Italian friend yesterday, talked about a simple dish. When I went to PA, it happened that most of the ingredients were on sales Nothing fancy, only a quick simple dish. We had that for lunch today, quite nice!
Ingredients: (serve 4 persons)
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
3 Hot Italian Sausage (we paid $1.09) ($1.99/lb., bottom left corner of page 1 of PA flier)
4 cloves Garlic
1 bunch Rapini ($0.99, top left corner of page 1 of PA flier)
3/4 pack Pasta ($0.89/900gm package, middle right side of page 1, PA also)
Method:
1. Heat oil,
2. Remove skin from sausages, fry sausages, mesh them all up in pan,
3. add minced garlic,
4. add minced Rapini ([color="Red"]leaves only, chop them, the smaller the better)
5. add [color="Red"]cooked Pasta, I used Small Sea Shell shape. (U can use whatever pasta u have.)
