you have to pay for the rest of the contract (annully renewable), since you bought the business including any contracts, unless you had an agreement with previous owner where he would pay for the contract.

首先,在买店时,我是请了律师的.律师检查出他的债务有两万,最后钱扣在律师那儿了.
另外,在购买合同中,原店主是说没有任何合同的,我也不承担他的任何欠债和合同的.
   我是想付这个钱,也不多,但是心里不平. 这份钱捐出来也比这强啊!

有这个心,可没这个时间.再加上语言不是那么流利.真是堵的慌. 我家那口就说,交了算了, 我也不是不想交,可挺气恼BELL的.我电话早就换成VIDEODRUM的啦.

If it was clearly written in your transaction paper, you should have cleared the matter as the business transfer was notarized.

It should have been your lawyer's responsiblity for checking previous owner's debt situation......


If it were big amount of money, it would be judged by the court, but it was $140+taxes, you got a lesson.....
