求助：昨天在sherbrooke 等红灯时右后门被一两车碰了一个巴掌大的坑并且刮花了30--40cm,当时不知如何处理，对方只留下她的电话和车牌号让我的保险公司给她打电话，不知对否？按程序应该如何办？报保险公司后又如何确定是谁的责任呢（我的车是全保）？以后遇到交通事故应该如何处理？谢谢！

If you want to get money, You need say I want to fix it by yourself. But you can not get the entire money they estimate. The insurance company will cut labor and tax. You can only get the rest.

我一朋友在高速上追尾，本想与前面车主私了，被拒。给自己的保险公司打电话，被告知没你啥事，对方保险公司赔对方。RENEW保险时，没涨！

修车是在保险公司指定的车行修的，不是自己想到那修就去哪修，所以他们不太可能把修理费给你，你只能找碰你的车的人私了（如果他愿意）。很小的擦痕也要3-400。

May be your insurance is for 2 years. How long does it left? If it left for long time, just let the guy to call. The insurance company will not increase your price during the left time. You can use online quotation to estimate the price of your insurance with an accident or without an accident, then decide what to do. I mean use Blair Direct online quotation and other agent's.

Can you tell me your insurance company? You insured one side or two sides? Except you had bad record. Normally, this is a very small accident. It will not affect your insurance very much. If they increase your insurance, try to find the other company. I prefer to let the guy call. This is my opinion. You make your decision. $450 is too much. He is making momey from you.
