General Information (514) 873-2245 Information on all areas of landlord-tenant law and procedure on filing a claim. Is a specialized tribunal that has a competence in residential leases matters only. It informs the citizens of their rights and obligations, promotes conciliation between landlords and tenants and renders decisions on the applications that are submitted. People admissible are: individuals 55 years old or over; couples in which one spouse is 55 years old or over; families (workers, students, income-security recipients or other low-income families) with at least one dependent child.
