I have some negative comments. The wood floor looks so cheap, probaly other part material is also on the same level. now the developer just want to earn money. the distance between two houses is so small, it is in the suburb not in town. also, the driveway and doorway is unpaved, it will cost money.

I think the basement is finished, but the driveway and walkway are not finished yet.

the area is St-Rose. very close to highway 15, and on the way to laval, there is a lane for carpool only, so if you have 2 people in the car everyday. it doesn't take long to go home. but somedays in the morning, the traffice is not so great if you are heading downtown.

Anyway, like I said, this is not an ad. So do you own research before you make any decisions.

i know there is a school nearby and metro, iga, maxi, jean-coutu, canadian-tire very close by. Anyone intereted should call the agent. Her name is Sonia, I dealt with her several times for my house. She is very nice. But if you call, please do not metion my post because I don't like my neighbour and I don't want him to know.
