Follow the answer of Folks and Alain2002, they
give you the main reason. Beside that, you need
check:
Fuel Mixture(too lean or too rich when idle).
Vaccum Leaking (not likely).
Although it's not likely the electrical fault, but
you still need check idle speed sensor, throttle
position sensor, coolant temp sensor, speed sensor, preheating, EGR.etc have good contact. These parts are very close related with the fuel
system.
It's also likely your anti-thief system shut down
the fuel supply. GO TO ANY GOOD GARAGE, ASK HOW
YOU ANTI-SYSTEM WORK, MAYBE YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO
DISABLE IT.
Your bendix of Starter may be not good, which makes
noise when you start it.
