sinoquebec has "zero tolerance" policy aganist vulgar languages. but it is one thing to say it, another thing to enforce it. the topic of this thread is way far from free speech. the author literaly here is promoting hatre and killing. it is questionalbe that it is because some of web admistrators nelgected their resbonsibilities for not noticing it, but rather sinoquebec useed it as a tactics to lure more people to visite their website in order to make commercial gains.

sinoquebec must take its responsibility and act immidiately:
