引体向上是一种简便易行又大有好处的运动。
我想在自己家中——大厅（支在地面）或者后院（底部埋在土中）安装一副单杠，平常可以做引体向上运动，另外也具备挂衣杆的功能，呵呵。
有没有朋友知道哪里可以买到单杠的设施，请指点一二，不胜感激！

Chin-up works the back, shoulder, biceps.
Main Muscle:         Lats
          
Main Muscle:         Biceps                              


Push up works the chest, shoulder, triceps.
Main Muscle:         Chest
