夏天过的就是比冬天快，已经感觉到一点秋天的凉意，忽然想到，今夏还没有酿酒，再晚就会没有这么合适的温度了。

一直想去西岛的bootlegger买麦芽浆，那里的货色好选择多，就是太远。今天，还是就近在brossard的viviants买了一盒麦芽浆。

开始发酵。温度22度，比重1.055.

与酒友们分享酿酒的心情。

网上发现了一些有趣的图片，从来没有见过立方体的啤酒瓶，还有机器人，酒吧设置看起来不错。。。。可能只是测试样本。

啤酒瓶颈部需要留 1 - :confused: 2英寸:confused: 空间(=air=oxygen) for 第二发酵。The bottle in the picture will not have much 泡沫。
-  . . . . .  God, it may . . . . no, [color="Red"]it WILL explode   . . .  . . U need to rebottle. :frown: or
- have a beer party and finish them (insufficient space) all within few days . . . . :p, or
-  :confused:  :confused:  :confused:
For now, lock them all up inside a close space, in case of "explosion", at least it won't be beer-all- over- the-place.

How old is your ice wine? Have u change the corks yet?  "Regular" corks only last 1.5-2 years.  Old corks - bad smells . . . . .

德国黑啤。罐瓶刚刚两个星期，泡沫还没有发酵充分。
