i bought my apt without warranty, simply because the seller bought it from her seller without warranty...nothing more than that....it is a old building in good condition and the 1st hand owner owns the whold building and do not want any issue after. so he chose to sell without warranty.
Technically, even with LEGAL WARANTTY, most of time you cannot go back to the seller. for example, something is wrong inside your wall, the seller did not know about that when he sold it to you, there is nothing you can get from the seller. only when you know that the seller know there is a problem, and the seller chose not to let you know. in this circumstance, you can go after the seller

这就是我一直想搞明白的。如果有warranty也得不到什么实际的保障,那就不用太在意这个问题。一直没有人能说清这个warranty到底怎么操作。“潜在隐患”太模糊了。除了卖家在declaration上提到的问题,还有什么可以找他?
唯一我想到的问题,以后自己在卖的时候,可能很多买家会介意没有warranty。 |
