大概需要8，9天。最后还是回到温哥华，这样租车费回便宜将近200。租7天费用为330多（Hertz）
住房费用每人每天40元就可以搞顶，行程大约3000KM油费大约250左右。进入国家公园很便宜，Family or Group Daily　Entry是18元，我们会去2个。
去维多利亚的旅行团大概是双人房200，3人房170多，这个可以自己看去不去。自己去也可以，不一定跟旅行团。但是要做船。
Banff那个方向的景点7天就够了
维多利亚，温哥华2天就够了。
总共算下来（除维多利亚）675左右+机票。 感觉怎么样？
好象还有保险的问题,还不大清楚,据说很贵,不知道.

<HR style="COLOR: #efefef" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->我（和我妈）准备今年7月底到加拿大西边(温哥华,维多利亚,banff,jasper等地)去玩。我已经搜索过那里的旅行社，感觉不是很好，去了一大堆无所紧要的地方。所以我想自己去，但自己不会开车。 现在我想寻找会开车的人，一起去。我回把所有关于路线，住处，价格，时间计划出来（我会逐步报上来的）。初步的计划如下：


7月23-29这个星期内，做飞机到温哥华，然后跟当地旅游团去VICTORIA（很近）和附近景点（这段时间可以住移民之家，便宜、方便、可上网），然后租车到banff等地，（banff离calgary很近）（住INN，MOTEL等），然后从calgary回来）。

I am actually planning such a trip (leaning towards the Rocky area though), but have yet to see if I can take one or two weeks off in July. I can drive, and actually would like to drive from the East all the way to the West if I have enough time. To give a data point, I once put 4500 miles (around 7200km) on a rental car on a two-week vacation in US.

I was not indicating that it's great or smart, but meant that I enjoy driving across the country. I don't think I am among the only few who like such an enjoyment.

You are right, eveybody is entitled to the life style at his/her choice. I don't have to declare that I am a environment-concious person. In my case, I had long drives just because I wanted to visit many places along the way, for example, starting from mid-west in US, through Wisconsin, Iowa, badland NP, Devils Tower, Rushmore National Monument (South Dakota), Yellow Stone, and Grand Teton (Wyoming), Salt Lake City (Utah), Rocky Mountain (Colorado). There is no easy way other than "test drive" to hit those places in one or two outings.

大致景点我已经知道了，位置也在地图上找到了，找的我好苦啊，幸亏有GOOGLE EARTH。
景点很集中。
很多人一定有去的愿望，这一定是你的梦想（要不然你就不会进来看了）
