物业税是由各市自己管理决定的，没有统一的标准。每年涨与不涨，涨多少是有各市自己定。

Again and again. If you were the landlord, you should know the tax increase. If you are tanent (most likely), you won't be able to check the house's tax, like others won't be able to check your income.


However, if the landlord want to increase rent because of increase of the house's tax, ask the landlord to provide the proof. It's your right. So you don't bother to find it by yourself.
