1. 要不要做？

    国内的家人不让做，说有危险，对孩子不好。这里的几个40来岁生第二个孩子的女性朋友也没有   
     做。我在网上查来查去，不得要领。 我一定要做吗？

How long have you been pregnant? If the pregnancy is less than 16 weeks, you can use ultrasound and blood test to determine the rate of down's syndrome. If it's low, you don't need to do the operation.

12周。已去看了两次产科医生，第一次时就给了我一个单子，让约羊水穿刺。第二次我又跟他确认，还让做。目前为止我的检查都正常。第一次的抽血检查的报告如下：

ABO GEL Automaitise: B
Rh Gel Automatise    : Positif
Recherche d'anticorps Automatise: negatif
Recherche d'anticorps Automatise FINAL: negatif
ABO confirmation #2 :B
Confirmation RH receveur ositif

应该有血型，HIV和弓形虫的检查。其他两项不知道是什么，是否有您讲的BLOOD TEST？

1.我想医生想你做羊膜穿透,是因为年龄的问题,做这个检查可以知很多结果,其中一种是查唐氏综合证,一种低智能的婴儿,听说经培训智力也只能达到学会自己照顾自己日常生活.因这种机率是和母亲的年龄大小有关的.
2.做这个检查并不是想像中这么疼,我觉得只有两个地方觉得疼,一是当时可能胎儿位置不适合下针,医生在B超的帮助下,用扫描头在肚子上揉来揉去，感到挺大力的，把胎儿＂超到＂安全的地方．二是医生下针，也像打一颗长针的疼，但这些都是可以忍受的．医生要求在家躺两天，我就是感到下部有下坠感和针口附近有一点酸疼，等到第二天的下午，我就躺不住了，晚上还做了晚餐．第三天已经像平时哪样了．

奇怪，我的医生竟然都没有跟我提这种检查(不过我也挺害怕作的)。但是却给我用超声做了胎儿颈部脊椎厚度测量，然后报告上给了个百分比。或许是这个百分比让医生觉得可以不做羊水穿刺？

羊水穿刺，不是一个手术，只是像打针一样在你的子宫抽些羊水出来做化验。

危险的是你会有1% 的机会流产，所以要尽可能躺下休息一，两天。如果不做的话，高龄产妇有1% 的机会生下低能儿。

The test you did is a regular check at early pregnancy. It's not for Down's syndrome check.

It's better to do the Down's syndrome check between 12-14 weeks pregnancy, and the accuracy rate is around 96%-98%. Between 14-16 weeks, the accuracy rate is decreaced to 90%. Doctors will combine the ultrasound result with the analysis of sth in blood to give possibility of Down's syndrome of fetus. If the possibility is high, 羊膜穿透 is needed.

This test is not free. It costs 350$ or so. 羊膜穿透 is free. It is covered by medicard and conducted at 20 weeks pregnancy.

Pregnant women above 35 is usually asked to do down's syndrome check.

唐氏分析的准确率在 90%左右, 而且只给一个百分比的结果, 如果结果是高risk, 医生会让继续做羊水穿刺, 这样结果的准确率就很高了.

一般医生会让35岁以上孕妇做羊水穿刺. 在B超的帮助下, 这个test也不那么risk了. 听朋友说做过, 跟抽血的痛苦程度差不多.

谢谢各位回复。我的理解是否正确：

1. 先做唐氏筛查，如果有必要再做羊水穿刺。这两个检查的目的是一样的？后者只是比前者更精确？

还是：

2. 35以上直接做羊水穿刺，不需做唐氏筛查？
