用paypal在美国网上买东西,一直没收到货,怎样追回费用?

我大概2个月前在美国网上买了2个东西,500美元,用paypal付的,但东西一直没收到,和厂家交涉他一直推脱,有没有什么办法能追回这笔钱? 请有经验的朋友给点意见,谢谢!

你和卖家的任何纠纷协商必须通过PayPal进行,这样PayPal那里才会有相应的记录,切记你不能直接和卖家进行协商。如果在一定的期限内协商无果,你必须将此升级---向PayPal提出索赔申请。通常在此情况下卖家是不会耍无赖的,否则会影响他的信用。

谢谢JHJY的信息, 刚才跟商家协商,问题已解决,商家退钱到了我的Paypal账号。
