alan, are you definely sure? I asked finacial officer in Concordia, they said if you have enough evdience, you can also apply for loan and busary. Maybe it have the same mean as resident of qc. so, you don't have to wait 12 months. Is that right?

JohnZhang, I don't think you are in similar case. Because you lived in Montreal in the first month. Then you left for China and stayed about six months. At last you return Montreal, and it is sure you can get L/B. Although I guess in the case of paul_ca, he may be got L/B, you and he are not the same case. right?
