you could choose not to use SLA service. So the cost is 29.95+8+TAX, with 20G bandwidth.

This is the best one I can find up to now for Montreal area.

istop.com是一家今年才开张的小公司,靠租用大公司高速网络,以较低价格招揽生意.现在瞄准BELL涨价,以较高BANDWIDTH(20G)挖HSE的用户.该公司位于OTTAWA郊外高速公路边租用一间办公室,有一秘书,一TECHNICIAN或ENGINEER.
不用其3.5M服务,不提供电话技术保证服务.若出现ACCESS问题,只有EMAIL可以联系,加付SLA($10)后,有查询故障的优先,但仍通过EMAIL.
若其线路出现阻塞或故障,他们实际上仍要通过其承租线路的大公司来解决,他们也是用户,不过是大用户,代表其自有客户与线路拥有者的大公司交涉.
由此分析,其线路网速技术支持等质量毫无疑问是要打折扣的.尤其是其客户量在吸收HSE流失的大量客户后
因为其优先目标是达到一定客户数量,以便在资本市场上运作.
