i swithed to rogers (cable modem), and its pretty good, they have unlimited access. don't think they have operation in quebec, not sure videotron (the cable provider in quebec) has the quota or not.

唉！我现在是没法下电影了，上个月如果收费限制的话，我的使用量是22个G，大概得多交220多刀，怕怕……
