What 葡萄 :confused:

1.  wine making (Red/White/Rose)? or
(need to wait till they harvest in late Sept/Oct? or a bit earlier, not now)

2.  those u grow in your yard (takes few years before harvest)?
(address/link already posted few years ago, believe it's in this posting)

3.  Grapes for Ice Wine - There's not enough sun shine in Montreal to grow them.  Believe the farms in the ~Quebec corridor is still struggling with growing them.

I and otherS 贴过 n timeS 地址, most 给删了.  我不再给 个别同学 每次回答，希望你明白！  During harvest, besides the specialty stores that I WILL list, u can find them in Jean Talon market and many bigger supermarkets in Ville d'Anjou where tons of Italian live.  I saw them in Intermarche on ~La-Cor-dare, north of Hwy 40.

It'll take me about 1-2 months to collect all the addresses and phone # THAT I KNOW.  I'll post them at http://sinoquebec.com/bbs/showthread.php?t=622118.  When I say all, it's all the wine supply stores within Montreal Island, I don't know much about South Shore, ~0 for Laval.

灌了，灌了，终于灌了，嘻嘻!

两盒 浓缩葡萄汁 是在 2009年三月和八月买的，2010年三月葡萄汁过期前 开始酿制 :p 。去年七月偷了几瓶给朋友品尝，为自己留了一瓶，但 Mr. MP 开了我不知道，我也不知道 它的味道如何，呜呜 。

这个星期 有个派对 。 。 。 。 。 害我灌瓶 灌到晚上11时 。家中剩下的老酒 不能给他们饮的，嘻嘻! 4公升大果汁瓶 塞过去，行啦！成本一刀两毛半 一公升 :p 的 一岁 Red Zinfandel ，还不错，我称它为 Happy Wine ！

下个星期 再有个派对，明天早早努力，把最后的那桶 粉红色的 Pinot Grigio 也灌了吧。

PL-VE 这个产品线的酒 只可以放两年 。 。 。 。 一年已过  。 。 。 。 怎样饮完  。 。 。 。 :rolleyes:

正式公布，PL-VE 这个产品线 整个完成测试，我家最喜欢 Red Zinfandel/Petit Syrah ，以后会重复做这个淡酒。Red Zinfandel 需要再等数个月 然后知道味道如何 。

高酒精的酒 是蒸馏出来的，大部份的中国酒 是蒸馏的。蒸馏 在加拿大是非法的。关于蒸馏的 基本信息 见 http://homedistiller.org/。蒸馏设备 你们自己 上网搜索。

自酿酒 口味最浓的 是 Amarone，约16％的酒精浓度。~$25-$200 做 23升，太便宜的不行，需要购买18升或以上的浓缩葡萄汁， ~$120-$200 做 23升。我只试过 CC-SC-Amarone ，真的超浓超重，但只适合喜欢黑啤酒的人。想试的同学 可以拿4瓶自酿 来换我的1瓶，这句话 有效期为3个月，站内 PM 联系。我家的酒 绝对不卖。

有朋友说 RJS-GC-Platinum Brunello 还不错，但我尚未尝试。应该是这个 http://www.rjspagnols.com/en/gra ... talian-brunell.aspx，$80 左右吧 :rolleyes: 。有钱的同学 可以再试 RJS-CS-Italian Brunello。又梅(plum) 又黑樱桃 (black cherry) 又 tobacco 的，这个我不玩了 ！

1)  Barolo (Nebbiolo grapes from the Piedmont region in NW Italy)
2)  Kadarka grape from Eastern Europe (e.g. 'Bull's Blood' from Hungary)
3) Saperavi/Cabernet blend from the Crimea (an autonomous republic of Ukraine)
