我两年前谈的,就是走进没一个银行去问,大部分给-.80%,只有TD给了-.85%.我没有想过关闭的,所以不知道是多少.有没有谁拿到更好的?到时候就可以投奔更好的了

去看过那边的房子。 确实不错， 环境也很好。 看了一下政府股价， 3睡房的也都在30万以上。 去downtown走15号公路就可以，或者从cote-vertu坐地铁也行。 因为是新区所以发展还需要一段时间， 名气小学现在可能还没有。 以后说不定就会冒出几所也说不定。

刚去Desjardin谈的，5年封闭prim-0.55%， 现在prim是5.25， 不过他们有个年底分红计划，大概8%到10%不等。

5年固定利率6%，算上分红，大概相当于5.4%-5.5%。

大家怎么看？
