我们夫妻均有工作（且为加拿大移民）。父母探亲来加，签证本月到期。我们已于1月份为他们办了延期申请。如果签证到期后仍未收到回音，他们是否仍可合法留在加拿大？

没有绝对的次数限制，如果每次碰到移民官高兴，他都可以一次又一次地给你续；碰到不高兴的，第一次申请续就被拒

我父母签了四次，前三次成功，第四次拒了，住了两年，其中一次是签了一年，两次是续了半年

签一年还是半年也是看移民官的高兴，我每次都写半年，结果其中一次他签了一年；有一次写了想签一年，但他只批了半年

递上去即可，签到就算运气好，签不到就做好返国的准备，“一颗红心两种准备”吧
