有没有CFP也不说明问题。人家大理财顾问，如果你是普通客户，人家哪有时间伺候你啊？也许你电话都打不到，你的投资照样损失。有这种大头衔的都是为六位数以上的大客户服务的。

No matter where you buy the financial products, you have to pay some kinds of fees. Some fees are hidden and you never be able to make clear of them.

For GIC, the fees may be lower but the potential return is also lower.

I bought RRSP in IG a few years ago, only in the first two years I got small gains, and the following two years, I lost much more than I gained in the previous years. From 2006, I changed my RRSP to the Bank of Montreal and from the last statement I found that I had lost almost 20%.

楼主可能挺失望的。
我做一个正面回答吧：我认识6、7个理财顾问，不，应该说6、7个顾问从不同渠道知道了我的名字和电话。
我把我的现金分给他们做GIC，他们每人每年抽10%，每人每年从我身上可以分到两杯咖啡。
我把我的现金分给他们做Mutual Fund，我将庆幸从去年到现在我的钱只少了10%。

据我所知,如在理财公司开户买GIC,应有开户费,除此之外就没有其它费用了.不知你说的GIC每年抽10%是指什么?
