Sorry, I cannot type Chinese in the post, as I use the computer in my office. I guess that your question is whether you can claim a GST and QST (G&Q) refund for your business. I think there is no problem for you cliam a G&Q refund becasue generally a new business owner will incur more expense such as purchasing new furniture and fixture, etc. than the revenue generated from the business in the first a few months. Thus the G&Q you paid to your supplier is more than the G&Q you received from your customers. Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Revenue Quebec understand the nature of business well. However, if you continuously claim the G&Q after the business is operated for a while, you will be at the risk of being audited by CRA. Just keep all the invoices and other supporting documents in a safe place in order to deal with a potential audit in the future.;)
Thx. I understand. |
