If from the day you arrivede and you never out of Canada, so you have to count for 1,095 days before you apply; otherwise you have to add more dates for the period you were out of Canada till reach to the 1,095 days you lived in at Canada.

You should ask citizenship department, which is no immigration department; and you have to wait cover for the time you out of the country till reach to 1095 days when you apply.
