We are seeking for a Sales Rep who has experienced in CCTV field.
Overview:
You will be required to handle day-to-day hardware, network support requirement for both internal and external clients. You must be fluent in English and have excellent oral and written communication skills. We are seeking an organized, and customer service oriented individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and document client network configuration and issues.
- Work with sales to develop solutions.
- Develop an effective working relationship with off-site clients.
- Be able to perform cold calling.
- Handle RMA items.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
- Customer service oriented.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
- Keen on learning new technologies
- Networking experience with surveillance systems (Assets).
- Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese (Assets).
- Able to work under pressure
- Training will be provided.
