本人准备回国，想给妈妈买一双皮鞋，但这里的鞋码与国内的不一样，我妈妈穿39码的鞋，哪位朋友知道这里相对应的号码，我应该买几号的鞋给妈妈？非常谢谢您的帮忙！！

As what I know, size 39 in China should correspond to size 9 of female shoes.

But I have one word for you: buying shoes is not a good gift idea. Because it is same as China, sometimes the size of shoes is not so consistent here. Also shoes here is not as wide as that of China because feet of local people are more slim than Asian.
You'd beter think about something else to buy for your mum.
