Due to recent growth, our company has an opportunity for qualified candidate to our IT support team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the installation and support of various equipment & software;
• User support, network support;
• Participate in the implementation of warehouse management system;
• Other various tasks;
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• College diploma in computer science or any equivalent combination of education and experience;
• MCSE and MCP an asset;
• Three or four years of experience in a similar role in IT support;
• Practical knowledge of PCs, network printers, e-mail, operating systems;
• Hands-on experience in automating the deployment of operating systems and software on workstations;
• Technical knowledge and expertise;
• Required : Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Remote Assistance, Active Directory, workstation
administration and management tools;
• Important : Windows Server, management system console, antivirus products, back-up products, Exchange, Microsoft SQL. switches, routers, firewalls
• Strong ability for communication;
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure;
• Teamwork and ability to develop team spirit;
