We are creative, fun, and very serious about quality and the progression of our company.
This job would include the following - leasing apartments, answering the telephone calls for inquiries and resident's requests, maintain good relations with residents, assist marketing in local area, and conduct market surveys to collect information about competition. The person should be comfortable in use of emails and computer.
Requirements:
(1) Very good French, English and Mandarin;
(2) Very good computer skills;
(3) Sales or office experience;
(4) Strong Organizational Skills.
