Seeking full time bilingual (spoken Mandarin and written Simplified Chinese & spoken and written English) Customer Service Representative to handle inbound phone and internet contacts in our exciting customer contact center located on the South Shore of Montreal (Kahnawake).

Shift work (overnight, including weekends), competitive salary, and benefits package; paid training provided.

Preference is given to candidates who have previous call center and/or customer service experience.

Own transportation required as public transportation not readily available.

The company operates e-commerce web sites with customers worldwide.
