我是去年圣诞节结束工作的，现在申请父母金，需要我提供“Your record(s) of employment”  后面还说"If any handwritten corrections have been made to the record of employment, the employer must certify the changes by indicating his or her initials next to the changes."
我不太明白这个record of employment 是什么东西，我应该怎么和老板说。
