没收到房东要求涨价的信怎么办？

我6月回国了，回来后发现房东公司给寄了一封挂号信，但是因为我人不在，没去邮局取，邮局已经把信退回给房东了。我估计应该是涨房租的通知，那现在这样怎么算呢？我还可以再拒绝他涨价吗？还是算我默认了他涨价呢？

应该还是按原房租（个人意见）。

You are lucky.

By law, the landlord should take a second try or send to you in person later. Now, he doesn't have any prove that he has informed you the rent increase three months in advance.
