Commentary:
1. Newplayer has joined us today! welcome to our family, newplayer!
2. Even under rain, we still had 13 and 1/2 players. Excellent my friends! 1/2 means Xiexie who played bridge and participated another BBQ at the same time;
3. After 17:00pm, the rain pushed some of us to 紫竹叶叶's home to continue a rubber game (16 hands), including Billding who wasn't in park today since he'll move tomorrow. Thanks 紫竹叶叶.

Some quick info:
Tournament Name: CANAM
Schedule: 18-24 August
Address: Palais des congrès 201 Viger West, Montreal, (China town I think)

CANAM should be the biggest annual match in Montreal. There are many KO and Swiss matches during this week as you can find in the URL. The following are some of them:
Swiss match: 1) Tuesday August 19: from 10am to ...; 2)Thursday 19:30 and Friday 19:30;
3) Sunday august 24: from 10 am to ...;

KO (Knock out): 1) August 20 from 10am to ..., august 21 from 10am to ...; 2) August 18
19:30, august 19 10:00 to ..., august 19 19:30 to ...; 3) August 22 from 10am to ..., august 23
from 10am to ...;

And much more......

紫竹叶叶, as we talked last saturday, could you call Jean to see if one team has been knocked out in KO, could it play freely the Next swiss Match or next Pair Matches? Thanks.

Don't think that there is one Tournament each month. Yes that's true for June, July and August. But the next one after August will be in January, I think.
