. A @$ L2 l% d* x7 _- Communicate & understand the requirements of customers
- Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information, research, locate & provide these information
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues, research, explore answers or alternative solutions, then implement solutions or otherwise escalate unresolved problems
- Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information, and complete transactions or forward requests
- Maintain call center database by entering information
- Keep equipment operational by following established procedures, and report malfunctions
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new & different requests, and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

- Secondary school diploma
- At least two years of customer service experience in a call center
