Other postings mentioned China Town, the one in basement below HK** on St. Laurent carry fish that swim.

Blue Fish at PA ~1.99/lb this week, they said it is fresh. Sorry I don't really know what kind of fish it is, very cute fish with head. If anyone has good recipe for this thing, would appreciate info here!!

When u run out of option, I think I've seen frozen Mackerel in the Chinese store on ? (Bus 165) across from Plaza Cote des neige for 0.99/lb. Seafood at IGA are normally cheaper than other supermarkets. I saw some "handsome" frozen small Mackerel with head there for ~$3/kg.

I really like eat fish, but the fish here is so expensive,and it is very difficult to find the fresh fish.

我也是好喜欢鱼的哦，你有空去西人的超市看看啊，我经常去pa，隔几天就会有special的鱼产，不过海鱼你会不会做的好呢？自己买些研究研究吧，入乡随俗嘛

这星期看到LOBLAW的广告有2.99LB的鱼卖，结果到了那里一问竟然只在星期3有卖，无奈之下看了看其他的鱼，看到一种2.70LB的鱼，名字实在没记住。心想买3条回去试试吧，做了一碗红烧鱼，肉很嫩，除了脊椎骨就在鱼肚上有几根鱼骨头，我们一口气全部吃光。:p
