先说馅,甜咸均可。甜的简单,豆沙是也。咸的嘛,选择太多了,可荤可素,基本上能够想到的都可以为你所用,比如肉丝/鸡丝,豆芽,大白菜(切丝),胡萝卜丝(少量),蛋皮(丝),香菇,韭菜,彩椒等等。把这些荤啊素的先处理一下,约七八成熟
至于怎么包,好象春卷皮的外包装上都有说明。我个人比较喜欢小春卷皮,那种大的,憨憨的,看上去不精致。有一牌子特好,薄薄的,现在很少碰得到;常见的那几种(或大或小),不够薄
或者用 phyllo pastry,改炸为烤

it is better than fry the rolls...
i bought that grand chicken meat, and mixed with shrimp..and Jin Zhen Gu..it was great..
only one thing is not good, the phyllo took too much oil when i fried them. so i suggest u to bake it.
but i made some good Wan Zi by the left meat..it was good 2 |
