想请问语言适应问题

大家好，6月底即将来蒙，但本人对自己的英语水平很担心（更别说法语了）你们当初是怎样适应这个过程的？现在压力大且缺乏信心。

Don't worry Kingsimon, everybody will have to go thru one period which you felt like an idiot, but so what?! That's the way you learn a new language. Just open your mouth and speak! You will be fine.
