你装的是什么版的norton？

我记得norton有个防火墙+杀毒的bundle，看看是不是这个，如果是卸载防火墙。

norton的防火墙实在是太安全了默认设置，连区域网都上不了，网页也只能看标准的HTML的。

个人认为，一般用户要防火墙除了浪费内存没什么用，谁天天闲的O疼攻击你呢？

我先前用的是诺顿2003, 现在换2005的了, 还加了一个上网助手.
我disable了诺顿, 然后重新登陆, 还是不行,:confused:
是不是重新装系统啊? 55555555555..............

昨天晚上死机重启之后, 看到Norton的杀毒软件出问题了.
没管, 登陆msn, 就一直上不去了, 总是显示 '抱歉, 您现在无法登陆到....请稍候再试.'
之后hotmail的信箱也进不去了, 后来重新下载了Norton,
信箱能进去了, 但是msn还是无法登陆. 会是什么原因啊???

no nothing gonna be wrong with the IE setting. you said that now you can access your hotmail, right? what is the error message about the MSN (I think you mean messenger). did you try to access your MSN from ohter computer?

yeah, i can access my hotmail. The only problem now is the Messenger.
and I can access my MSN from my friend's computer.

When it failed to log in, it shows that "抱歉, 您现在无法登陆到...请稍候再试. 80072f0d"

btw, what does it mean by 'verify the system time"???
