I'm going to Montreal for studying from March 25 to July ,
; g2 i* b$ d/ b, S" ^. O' ?% Rand need a short -term accommodation.I had checked the information in website,and a person called GAIL SABRAW contact to me,and tell me he has some rooms avaible,but I need to make sure the which date I will move in.

At frist,I ask him about the room in detail: 450 CD/month,high-speed internet,sharing kitchen ,telephone downtown,and so on.

5 [0 w' a; O" x9 abecause he said no contract and deposit in security.All I need to do is pay him frist one (using money gram or sent through my post office) untill I'm Montreal,and pay at each month.We contact with mail very frequently,

% k$ V' x) @; z4 J) E) W4 RWhat would I do if I decide to rent the room ,is it safe?because I had never been to Montreal ,and what kind of problem I need to pay attention.

Don't pay the person in advance, pay him after you move in.
