Volunteer work can weigh your CV and is good for interview. I did a lot of volunteer work in several institutions in Montreal. I don't want to teach you 圆明园 or XX A-Z how important it is.Anyway, you "people" (if you were) have nothing to do with me. Actually, not all companies accept volunteer although somebody would like to be a volunteer. Sometimes volunteer must be interviewed before the position is offered. Obviously, volunteer work has no pay.However, sometimes he can get some compensations.

              FREE !!! Third, don't say the job is hard for chinese people, because you

这楼主在 IT 行业干活, 却不知如何制作 Website? 想找人做 Website, 却又如此狂言. 估计此君在IT行业也就是个杂工, 看个门, 扫个地之类的!
