I like eat.can you try cook this food 1.wash chicken. wipe dry. 2.boil seasoning ingredients(1 cup fish sauce, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp wine, 2tbsp sugar,1tsp sand ginger powder,5 cups water)bay leaf,star anises, brown peppercorns for 5 min. 3.soak chicken in the above sauce and simmer over low heat for about 25 min.ture chicken frequentiy during cooking. 4.chop chicken into pieces.dish up.top with ginger and spring onion shreds. sizzle hot oil on chicken. boil 1/4 cup of chicken sauce(after simmering)and pour onto chichrn. dont meet the food,you want chinese menus,give me your fax,this my e-mail(likeyou@canada.com)**** :p :p :p ;) ;) |
