You can buy them from most of the banks(e.g. Royal Bank) or financial group(e.g. TD waterhouse or ING direct). Typically bank sell/buy his own funds without commission fee but financial group may charge you when you buy or sell. The most important is the performance of the fund you chose. There are huge type of funds available around here, I'd suggest you do some homework before you open an account.
