3 1/2 apt at Pointe-Claire, the rent $735 includes indoor parking, hot water, heat, storage. Very close to Hwy 40 & 20. Need some opinion if I should sign one year lease on it.

Hello, I think the rent is a bit high. But it depends. In downtown, the rent is normal. Also, do you have to need a place for parking?

Thank u for ur opinion. I just move to Montreal from Vancouver recently. I do need a indoor parking c'us I don't want to clear the snow every morning during the winter. I'm only concern if the rent is too high and I've signed one year lease, then I will be miserable for the whole year.
