我已经申请了9月的concordia本科,如果再申请concordia的master,问2个问题
1 怎么回答Have you ever attended/applied to Concordia.?回答没有好像不对,回答有我还没concordia的id number.
2 它的academic assessment form是必须的吗?referees是哪些人啊?
有知道的吗,麻烦帮忙回答一下

For the first question, I think the answer is no.
The academic assessment form is not necessary, and you can replace it by three reference letters from some professors.

I know someone was accepted by different parogram before in concordia. Different programs admintion are processed by different groups. But as for the first question, I think the answer should be yes since each applicant will be issued a unique stdent id. go ahead to apply for different programs.
