我是刚看到帖子。
你受到工伤，在医院的时候，你要向医生要请假条，证明你无法进行相关工作并要求医生添一份上面有csst字样的标准格式的表格，一式几联我忘了。
之后，你拿假条给单位，这段期间你是有工资的。
以下是我的设想，不知是否有道理，请有相关经验的朋友指正：
你去csst反应相关的问题，我个人认为最好是书面的，有你的签名，最好有你的当时在场工友的签名证明。如果可能找你工厂的管质量的人或公司相关要求他出一份证明，我想他是不敢出的，因为他说机器有问题，工厂交代不了，没有问题，一旦csst调查出他撒谎，他吃不了兜着走。

报道我看了，明白了不少事情，谢谢！不过，感觉我跟那位网友有些不同：他是擅自维修机器，而我是正常工作；再有就是我不只为了赔 偿，更想通过这件事情表达我们中国人的愤怒，给厂里那些头头个教训，让他们也承担责任，如果只是ｃｓｓｔ赔偿我的话，那岂不是便宜那个该死的工头了！所以 在ｃｓｓｔ的基础上，我想能否找个法律途径，让他们得到应有的报应。

Csst就是工伤保险，工厂主们都得投保，出了工伤事故就是csst赔。

不知道是否可以有验伤报告，可以咨询一下CSST，他们应该告诉你该怎么做的。
