春节正好临近，首先祝在加的朋友新春快乐，合家幸福！
有一件关于学习的事想问一下，我在国内学得是机械设计，本科，想在蒙城读历史方面的硕士，法语、英语学校无所谓，可能吗？如果先读硕士预科呢？现在我手里有公证件1.未刑，2.出生，3.未婚，4.学历，5.学位。若念书，还缺哪些公证？请知情者给予指点。

不知是否有在MONTREAL读历史的中国人。你的预科是指什么呢？我的情况和你有点类似，我建议你先读本科，转学分后估计两年可以拿BA，再读MASTER就简单很多了。

我才拿到康大历史系OFFER，要求一年QULIFYING，就是补18个历史专业本科学分，因为非历史专业出身。

I really like history,I want ot try although reading it from scratch.is it easy if I choose to learn French, then apply for Montreal University.

I got the bachelor degree in Library Information at Peking University, then M.A in Ideology and Marxism at UESTC. One year before landing in Canada, Sichuan University offered me the Ph.D study in History, which I think  probably played an important role in the process of applying for the History program to Concordia University.

why? I don't expect much money,just the basic living and entertaining expenditures is ok. Positions like a middle shool teacher, the documents analyzer in library, after getting the history degree. Do you think it's impossible?
