6月的时候afe来了封信说我拿到了Millennium Scholarship Fund（3500刀），而且说11月会到帐， 可是这都20多号了，一点消息都没有，很奇怪阿。。。

that means in your bursary, 3500$ will be paid by the federal government, that will not affect the amount or the portion of your bursary. in other words, it's none of your business.
