When I bought the car there, Mr. Zhu was not the sales yet.
Honestly, their selling policy is pushing the customers to make the decision and sign the deal as soon as possible. And they only use their own garage to do the checking job, you don't have the right to choose any other garages.....
Since most of their cars are coming from the off lease market, it seems that the mileage is true. And they nearly don't do any repairing except some basic and cheap maintenance such as oil changing, body cleaning............ So be careful to pick your car there.
The bad news is that more and more peoples know this place(Their advertisement is so aggressive), no matter which model, they all can sell at the end. And they lift some models' price and lower down the service for sure.
The advantage is that they accept credit card for the first $10000 and most of their cars are a little bit cheaper than the average market price.
As to Mr. Zhu, I really have no idea. But personally hope he can offer good service to our chinese buddies.

Do the homework first and follow 1 or 2 weeks transactions there.
